INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
45ml Samai Kampot Pepper Rum
75ml grapefruit juice
20ml pepper-basil syrup
20ml lime juice
Salt & pepper mix
1 fresh sprig of basil
PREPARATION
Start with rimming a rock glass with salt and pepper mix. In a cocktail shaker add ice and the rest of the ingredients, shake well. Pour into a rock glass and garnish with a fresh sprig of basil.
