INGREDIENTS
50ml Samai Gold Rum
50ml fresh passion fruit juice
10ml vanilla syrup
Soda water
1 slice passion fruit
1 mint sprig
PREPARATION
Fill a rock glass with ice, add the rum, juice, vanilla syrup and top up with soda water. Stir carefully. Finish up by garnishing with a fresh passion fruit slice and a mint sprig.
