INGREDIENT
Ice cubes
50ml Samai Px Rum Liqueur
5ml palm sugar syrup
25ml lime juice
80ml tonic water
2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
1 dehydrated lime wheel
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients except for the tonic water. Add ice into a tall glass, pour the drink and top up with tonic water. Finish by adding a few dashes of angostura bitters and garnish with the dehydrated lime wheel.
