INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai White Rum
10ml Mezcal Alipus
30ml pineapple juice
15ml orgeat syrup
25ml lime juice
5 dashes of angostura bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Orchid flower
Pineapple leaf
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except for the bitters and shake well. Add crushed ice into a cognac glass together with the bitters and pour the drink into the glass. Garnish with an orchid flower and a pineapple leaf.
