INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai Kampot Pepper Rum
20ml hibiscus syrup
25ml lime juice
20ml egg white
1 bunch of fresh green peppercorn
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients except for ice and peppercorn. Dry shake once, add ice and shake one more time. Pour into a rock glass and garnish with a fresh bunch of peppercorn.
