INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai White Rum
2 wedges fresh lime
2 sprigs fresh mint
2 sprigs fresh Thai basil
10ml ginger syrup
10ml lime juice
Fever Tree ginger beer
1 lime wheel
PREPARATION
In a Collins glass put the lime wedges, mint, basil and muddle. Add ice, rum, ginger syrup and lime juice and stir. Top up with ginger beer and give one more light stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint.
