INGREDIENTS

Ice cubes

50ml Samai White Rum

20ml lemon juice

20ml Monin coconut syrup

100ml fresh coconut water

1 lemon peel

PREPARATION

Pour some ice cubes into a tall glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Squeeze the lemon peel over, and garnish with it.
