INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai Px Rum Liqueur
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1-2 dashes of orange bitters
1-2 dashes plum bitters
1 orange peel
PREPARATION
Put one big ice cube in a rock glass, add the ingredients and stir gently. Finish with the orange peel squeezed on top of the drink and by rimming the glass. Garnish with the same orange peel.
