INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai Kampot Pepper Rum
100ml tomato juice
50ml mango juice
20ml lime juice
3 dashes of tabasco
3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 dash of celery bitters
1 cube fresh mango
1 fresh lime wheel
Chilli powder
Salt & pepper mix
PREPARATION
Rim a glass with salt and pepper mix. In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients except for fresh mango, lime wheel and chili powder. Shake well until the drink becomes frothy. Pour into the glass and add ice if preferred. Garnish with the lime wheel and the fresh mango dipped in chili powder. Enjoy!
