INGREDIENTS
Ice cubes
50ml Samai White Rum
15ml rosemary syrup
15ml lime juice
15ml Porto Tawny
Tonic water
3 dashes of cranberry bitters
Rosemary sprigs
Dehydrated lime wheel
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except for the tonic water. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass, top up with tonic water and add the cranberry bitters. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and a dried lemon wheel.
